Terms of sale
When you purchase a ticket from the "LEGENDS" website or attending a "LEGENDS" car meet/event you are subject to the terms and conditions or the event organiser (LEGENDS).
Footage
There will be various types of cameras for photography and videography purposes at each event, by attending the event you agree and allow us to take images or videos of you and any attendees and use those photos for business purposes, including but not limited to: website use, adverts and social media.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email LEGENDS directly - legendscarclub@outlook.com
LEGENDS takes complaints seriously and will go above and beyond to make the complaint right. In some cases, we cannot do anything and request you use discretion. If your complaint is with towards the venue, journey to the event, food, drink or unrelated to LEGENDS themselves then we do not take responsibility for your complaint.
Respect
Please respect our venues and its neighbours.
We ask you approach and leave each meet respectfully, Failing to do so will result in a ban from future events.
Entry of your vehicle for exhibition is conditional on your acceptance that LEGENDS or LEGENDS employees and collaborators are not liable for any loss or damage to you or your vehicle and/or its contents.
You also agree to accept the directions of the organiser or its officials when parking your vehicle and positioning your vehicle for display, no deliberate enging revving, leaving the engine running, wheel spins,
loud music or dangerous driving - You will be asked to leave.
Whilst the organiser may provide traffic marshals to assist with parking, you at all times retain responsibility for the safe driving of your vehicle and for any accident or injury caused by you or your vehicle whether on the public highway or the private grounds of the show.
Sale
If you do not adhere to the above, LEGENDS DRIVERS CLUB has the right to revoke and refuse sale to anyone at anytime. If payment has not been received the sale will be revoked. If you require a refund or to cancel a ticket purchase, please contact us: legendscarclub@outlook.com. Refunds are discretionary and not a legal requirement. However, refunds will automatically be offered if the event is canceled or rearranged. Only persons of 18+ years can purchase a ticket. Pricing is subject to change without warning. In the event that LEGENDS sells out of tickets, then you will be contacted on a first come first serve basis - please get in touch to be added to our waitlist. legendscarclub@outlook.com.
