This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may make changes to this policy at any time and update this page. Please check back at this page at any time to ensure that you are comfortable. What's collected?

Any information before your order that you have given to us (email, phone number etc.) will be stored for the purposes of direct marketing (if opted in), contact, requests, understanding our customers and their shopping experiences as well as ways in which we can improve our website.

 

So that we can fulfil your order we may store your telephone number, name, products purchased, address, email address and where you have heard about us from. We only obtain and store the information listed before to fulfil your order and will be securely stored. We do not store credit/debit cards or any other form of payment once the order has been fulfilled unless you specify it and do not remove the save card method from our website in the ‘your account’ information page. We do not process payment ourselves, depending on your chosen payment method the secured third-party system will use your information to process the payment. We will also store your purchase history, refunds, returns and related information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (record keeping/bookkeeping and accounting).

 

When you sign up to our mailing list or to receive marketing data, we only collect your information to make your experience with us better or to help our brand awareness, which may include updates to the website, new product releases, survey, review requests, discount and offers for your cooperation.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. LEGENDS do not save or store credit card information. We collect your personal data when you process an order so that we can contact you about your delivery/order. We may pass your information onto third party delivery partners so that we can fulfil and deliver your items.

From time to time, we may use a third party for e-marketing purposes, these purposes are listed above in the ‘What information do we collect and why?’. Once you order or subscribe to our mailing list, you will be put onto our email marketing list and will receive emails about product, LEGENDS and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

 

Occasionally we may link to other websites, please be aware that we will only store information of your leaving the site and where or what you clicked and went. The website link you clicked will have its own privacy policy which you will be able to access via the third party’s website.
